1. Conditions for Exchange

To accept an item for exchange, the following requirements must be fulfilled:

The item must be returned within 14 days from the date of sale, along with the original bill/invoice and price tags.
The item must be in its original, fully resalable condition, with all tags and packaging intact (Price tags, wash tags, brand labels, etc.).
The item must not be used, damaged, altered, or washed.

No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstance.
For items purchased during an online promotion, the exchange value will be the promotional price.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- Damage complaints must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
- The company will not be liable for complaints raised after this period.
If the item has a technical or product defect, we will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
